1. Overview. KS Developer ("we", "us") operates ksdeveloper.com as a platform connecting clients with independent developers, designers, and digital professionals ("Talent") across Tanzania and Africa.
2. Not an employer. KS Developer facilitates introductions only. Talent listed on the platform are independent contractors, not employees or agents of KS Developer. Any agreement for services is between the client and the Talent directly.
3. Verification. We take reasonable steps to verify the identity and stated skills of Talent, but we do not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any work performed.
4. Fees. Current fee structure is described on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
5. Conduct. Users agree not to submit false information, misuse the platform for spam, or attempt to circumvent verification requirements.
6. Limitation of liability. KS Developer is not liable for disputes, damages, or losses arising from engagements between clients and Talent.
7. Changes. We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
